The location of this hotel is excellent - it's just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful St Kilda beach and there's a bus stop right outside that takes you to the city centre. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even moved their personal vehicle so we could park right outside our unit. The rooms at this hotel were clean and tidy, with basic amenities provided. The heating in the room was well-functioning, which was a blessing considering how cold it was outside. The prices at this hotel were great value for money, especially for the location. We also took advantage of the on-site pub's breakfast options during their opening hours, which was a bonus.

Easy and ideal location in the pleasent area, near to lovely beach and children's playground and pub and Dunedin, tourists and local travellers.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved compact rooms for wifi access and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Besides, the location was perfectly comfortable and ideal for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Edgar Centre

The hotel room is a bit under-renovated. It is located adjacent to the main road and across the motel bar. You can still hear the noise late night.

Manager was organised.Room was ready-clean and good services-Sky broadcast tv was comprehensive channel selection. Good cutlery and warm room.

Guests next door were making 'lots of chatter' and could be easily heard.

The room was very clean and spacious with multiple windows for fresh air. The hotel facilities were in great condition, including a good shower with strong pressure and an awesome heat pump for cool nights. The location was amazing, right by the intersection to the beach, mini golf, and a great park for kids. It was also near the city center, making it easy to access transportation and enjoy the nearby pub.

For us, it was ideal.

Everything was perfectly fine with well-organised rooms. The rooms with a comfortable bed, kettle plus fridge. Plenty of options, good food. Handy and comfy location in Dunedin, short walk to the Mini Golf, nice and close to the beach and restaurants and shops.

We had an amazing experience at a comfortable motel with easy access to nearby venues. The shop across the street was convenient and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
